A team of experienced, dedicated professionals with the expertise to handle any project.  Founded by Mike Lenhart more than a decade ago, Lenhart Traffic has grown to nearly a dozen staff members.  Our employees have a track record of successfully managing projects for clients large and small, public and private, and can leverage this experience to take your project from conception through construction.

Mike Lenhart - President

Mike has 35 years of experience conducting, managing and leading teams of traffic engineers in completing traffic impact studies, traffic operations and safety studies, traffic control device design projects and guiding clients throughout Maryland through the permitting and entitlement process. Mike's experience as the former Division Chief for the Maryland State Highway Administration's Access Permits Division, in which he was responsible for the State's oversight of all traffic requirements for development projects throughout the entire state, affords him a unique perspective and ability to deliver on projects of any complexity.

Brian Biddle - Vice President

Brian has over 30 years of experience conducting, managing and leading teams of traffic engineers who perform traffic operations and safety studies as well as traffic control device design in the Mid-Atlantic Region.  His specific experience includes traffic impact studies, intersection studies and traffic control device design.  He has provided planning and engineering support on projects for government clients at the local, state, and federal levels.  As a result of years of working with the various state and local departments of transportation, Mr. Biddle has developed a deep knowledge of the people, projects, and procedures within these agencies.

Nick Driban - Associate V.P.

Nick has provided traffic engineering, traffic analyses, and management for a wide array of transportation projects, including traffic modeling and simulation, traffic operations and capacity analysis, transportation alternatives analysis, traffic impact studies, small area studies, corridor studies, and safety studies.  He has managed traffic engineering and analysis projects for various local, state, and national clients, including serving as one of the primary traffic impact study reviewers for SHA's Access Management Division.
